About Access
Access is the infrastructure for fandom, membership and audience, the system behind the teams, clubs and artists people follow.
What we do
Access gives teams, clubs and artists one system to run the relationship with their people: members and memberships, events and access, payments and drops, communication and analytics, with AI handling the follow-up. Everything an organisation needs to turn an audience into an owned, active fandom, in one place.
Who it's for
We build for the organisations people actually follow: motorsport teams, football clubs, music artists and entertainment IP, alongside the brands building real communities. The common thread: they have fans, and they want to own that relationship rather than rent it from a platform.
Why we built it
Most organisations run fandom across a stack of disconnected tools: ticketing here, a CRM there, email, messaging and an agency build stitched on top. The relationship, and the first-party data that comes with it, ends up fragmented or owned by someone else. Access replaces that stack with one system the organisation owns outright.
How it fits together
Access is two ends of one platform. Access is the infrastructure the organisation runs on. The Access app is where fans show up, discover what they follow, get access, and stay close. The organisation owns the relationship; the fan gets a better front-row seat.
